Our oil change is $88 out the door. Most shops won't tell you that on the phone. We'd rather you walk in already knowing the number, so the only surprise on your bill is when it's exactly what we said it would be.

Both work. For oil changes and emissions testing, you can usually walk in and we'll take care of you that day. For brake work, fluid services, or safety inspections, booking ahead means we can get you in and out faster — but we won't turn you away if you show up.
Most customers are in and out in 30 minutes or less. We don't run a "stay in your car" assembly line — but we don't waste your time, either. If we spot something during your visit, we'll show you, but we won't hold your car hostage trying to upsell.
Full synthetic for every standard oil change. We carry the right viscosity for your vehicle — usually 0W-20, 5W-20, or 5W-30. If your car needs something specific (high-mileage formulation, European spec, etc.), let us know when you book and we'll have it ready.

Honestly? Because we've found we can't do them as well as some specialty shops nearby. We'd rather tell you that and send you to someone who'll do right by you than half-do the job ourselves. If you call and ask, we'll point you to someone we trust.
Yes. Parts come with manufacturer warranty, and our labor is backed for 10 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. If something we worked on goes wrong, bring it back — we'll make it right.
