You can request an appointment through our booking system. Submitting a booking request is not a guaranteed appointment — we'll confirm by phone, text, or email. Once confirmed, an appointment is a request to perform diagnostic and/or repair work. The actual work, scope, and price are not finalized until we've inspected your vehicle and you've approved a written estimate.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — call us or reply to your appointment confirmation.
Prices listed on our website (oil changes, brake service, tune-ups, etc.) are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your specific vehicle, the actual work needed, and any parts your vehicle requires. We always provide a written estimate before any repair work begins, and we won't begin work without your approval.
We do our best to keep prices on the website current, but we may update them at any time. The price you'll be charged is the price quoted in your written estimate at the time of service, not necessarily the price posted on the website months earlier.
The actual auto repair services we provide are governed by our standard repair order terms and the warranty applicable to that service (for example, our 10-month / 10,000-mile warranty on brake service). Those terms are provided to you in writing at the time of service.
Nothing on this website is a warranty or guarantee of any specific outcome for your vehicle. Vehicles are complex; even excellent work doesn't guarantee a vehicle will never have problems.
We try to keep the information on our website accurate, but we don't guarantee it. Service descriptions, FAQ answers, blog posts, and similar content are provided for general information. For decisions about your specific vehicle, talk to us directly — call, text, or come in.
The content on this website — including text, graphics, photos, logos, the Dad's name and brand, and the site's overall design — is owned by Dad's Auto Repair Shop, LLC or used with permission.
