This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses, and what you can do about them. It's a companion to our Privacy Policy — read both if you want the full picture.
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit them. They're used to remember things — like that you've already visited, or what you put in a shopping cart — between page loads and visits.
"Cookies" is a slightly misleading word at this point. The same idea also covers similar technologies: pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, session storage, and others. We'll just call them all "cookies" here for simplicity.
These are required for the website to work. Without them, the site wouldn't function correctly. We don't ask permission for these because the site can't operate without them.
These help us understand how visitors use our site so we can make it better. They tell us which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and how long they stay. They don't identify you personally — we see patterns, not people.
These remember your preferences and choices. We use very few of these — mostly things like remembering if you've dismissed an alert.
We don't currently use marketing or advertising cookies. We don't run retargeting campaigns, we don't share your behavior with ad networks, and we don't sell visitor data to third parties.
Some cookies on our site are set by third parties whose services we use. We can't control these directly, but we choose vendors carefully. The main ones:
Most browsers let you block, delete, or selectively allow cookies. Where to find these settings:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will likely break parts of the site (especially the booking system). Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on functionality.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no standard rule for what websites should do with this signal, so most websites — including ours — don't currently respond to it. We'll update this section if that changes.
We may update this Cookies Policy as we add or remove tools. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
